View specificationsEgyptian heating firewood and natural charcoal via Antwerp-Bruges for Belgian importers: bilingual packs, documents, EUDR and ordering.
Belgian homes and distributors face the same high European gas prices as their neighbours this winter. Wood stoves and fireplaces are common in Wallonia and Flanders, and Antwerp-Bruges makes Belgium a natural entry point for firewood and charcoal moving on to France, the Netherlands and Germany.
Retail in Belgium usually needs French and Dutch on the label. Private-label packs with bilingual text, or APEX-branded packs, are agreed in the quotation.
Containers are shipped from Egypt to Antwerp-Bruges, with onward road or barge delivery arranged by your forwarder. Other ports are possible on request.
Each shipment is accompanied by shipping documents, health certificates and a laboratory test report identifying the nature of the product. A phytosanitary certificate and any other destination-specific documents are agreed in the supply contract.
From 30 December 2026 the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) covers fuel wood and charcoal for large and medium-sized operators. Ask us for the origin and traceability information your due-diligence statement needs, and read our EU import guide for charcoal and firewood.
