A useful quotation starts with a defined requirement
For a fertilizer or industrial sulphur enquiry, a product name alone leaves important commercial details unresolved. A clear request helps the seller assess the requirement and identify what needs confirmation.
Specify the material and use
Choose the product and grade. For fertilizers, specify agricultural or industrial use. Include the required technical limits and any application-specific requirements. If you are comparing several sulphur grades, identify the specification for each rather than combining their values.
Define volume and packaging
State the quantity in metric tonnes and your packaging preference. The supplied Venicia sulphur sheet describes approximately one-tonne jumbo bags. Confirm available packaging in the offer; do not assume the same arrangement applies to every product.
Name the destination and delivery requirement
Include the country and destination port, desired delivery window and requested delivery term. If you request FOB, CFR or CIF, the final agreement should identify the relevant named port and responsibilities. Shipment feasibility and timing still require confirmation.
Ask for the documents you need
List any technical data sheet, safety data sheet, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin or inspection requirements. Ask which documents are available for the specific product and shipment.
Review the commercial offer
Check product grade, quantity, packaging, price basis, validity period, delivery terms, payment conditions and document scope before acceptance. Minimum order quantity, stock availability and shipping dates are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed from website content.

Clear answers. Better decisions.
What information do you need to quote?
Intended use, quantity per shipment, packaging, destination, and any documentation your import requires. Incomplete enquiries cost a round trip of messages before anything can be priced.
Do you publish prices?
No. A meaningful figure depends on volume, packaging, destination and timing. Prices are given in a written offer against a specific requirement.
What packaging is available?
Bulk bags, 50 kg sacks or bulk, agreed per order. Bag type, liner, marking and loading arrangement are confirmed before shipment.
How long is an offer valid?
Validity is stated in the written offer itself, because it depends on the grade, the volume and market conditions at the time of quoting.
Can you arrange shipping?
Yes, shipping can be arranged as part of the supply. Tell us the delivery term you work on, since an FOB figure and a CIF figure are not comparable.
What documents come with a shipment?
This depends on your destination and your own import requirements. State the documents your import needs at enquiry stage and we confirm what can be supplied before the offer is issued.
